The 1995cc diesel engine outputs 185 PS of power at 4000 rpm and 400 Nm at 1750-2750 rpm of torque while the 1995cc petrol unit outputs of 152 PS of power at 6200 rpm and 192 Nm of power at 4000 rpm. The petrol engine is mated with a 6-speed automatic transmission, whereas the diesel is mated with 8-speed automatic transmission. If we talk about the brakes, on both front and rear wheels the disc brakes are given with ABS and EBD. The fuel average of the car is claimed to be 12.95 kmpl.

Although, the absence of the ventilated seats and the lack of dual-toned dashboard is the void in the premium feel of the car. The 8-inch infotainment system comes with smart HD AVN with voice recognition that helps in discovering the best routes to your destination with the cutting-edge navigation system. The infotainment system in Tucson is packed with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, BlueLink connected car technology.
On the security front, the Parking Assist System is very handy in parking. With features like Front & rear parking assist, Steering Adaptive Guidelines, and Reverse parking camera the car is with great safety measure. Another feature called Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) is very helpful and optimizes directional stability by controlling the Motor driven power-steering (MDPS) and brakes on each wheel.
